Description of activity
We want every child to feel special, whether it's on their birthday or part of a community celebration!
We know how difficult it can be to find a party entertainer able to accommodate the needs of every child. We’ve built on our experience of performing interactive shows for children with complex needs to create a special party performance. This includes puppetry, music, key word signing, lights, textures, props and instruments. We offer a choice of stories or can create a new one around a theme or story that your child particularly enjoys.

In-Person Shows - from £190
Embracing Arts will provide a specialist actor-facilitator to deliver a bespoke entertainment service
which will be interactive
sensory and inclusive. The show will be carefully tailored around your child’s needs
interests and triggers.
-1 hour in-person Sensory Adventure
-£190 for up to 15 children with 1 facilitator
-£250 for up to 30 children with 2 facilitators
-Bespoke Experience tailored to the needs of the child
-Pre-party phone consultation
-Resource E-Pack sent to participants
-Show content including puppetry

Virtual Visits - from £75
The show is delivered by an Embracing Arts actor-facilitator live over Zoom
using all the puppetry
music and fun of our physical shows. The show will be carefully tailored around your child’s needs
interests and any triggers.
-40-minute Sensory Adventure
-£75 for unlimited children with 1 facilitator
-Bespoke experience tailored to the needs of the child

-Uses all the elements of our physical shows
