Organisations

Anyone over the age of 16 living in the Mole Valley, Epsom & Ewell, Banstead, Elmbridge areas of Surrey and experiencing any form of mental or emotional health issues can access our services.
You can refer yourself or you can be referred by a professional, a carer or a family member. You do not need to have been diagnosed with a mental health condition to receive our support. If you’re going through some difficult time and would like some help to improve your mental and emotional wellbeing, we’re here to help!

We offer a friendly, safe and confidential environment that will help you to gain and build confidence, whether it’s on a social level, personal level or through help with new skills or voluntary work.
