Man Shed is a space for men in our local community who may be lonely, isolated, vulnerable or experiencing mental health issues.

It is a community group which is a place of skill-sharing and informal learning, or individual pursuits to give purpose, achievement and social interaction. We welcome any men who are living with mental or physical ill-health, social isolation or in recovery.

The range of activities in the Man Shed is tailored to suit the group, however, attendees play an important part in making decisions about the group’s activities, so come and join us in a friendly, safe environment, supporting good mental health by sharing skills and knowledge with others.
