Parallel London began with a social purpose of celebrating inclusivity among participants. Situated at Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park, the free family festival has a vision of encouraging everyone to gain and maintain an active and healthy lifestyle, with everybody taking part side by side.

With multiple runs including a 100m, 1km, 5km, 10km and the super sensory 1km, the runs are for all ages and abilities. None of the runs are considered a 'race' - Parallel London is day of pure acceptance and inclusion. There's no elite system, sport hierarchy or judgement here; just an all-encompassing day of pure fun.
