Adult Social Care: Community Transport Survey

Adult Social Care: Community Transport Survey

We want to know what you think about community transport.

Community transport helps people who may find it hard to use regular buses or trains.

It can include:

  • Dial-a-Ride
  • Volunteer car schemes
  • Community buses
  • Some taxis

We want to know:

  • How you get around your local area.
  • What transport you use.
  • If you are a family carer, how you help a friend or family member get around.

This survey is for:

  • Adults who receive social care support and use community transport.
  • Young people with SEND who use community transport or may use it in the future.
  • It is also for the family carers of these people

There are 17 questions about transport in this survey. You can answer as many as you want.

Your answers will help us make community transport better in the future.

There are some things we cannot change, like the rules on who can get help and the money we have to spend. But we can improve how we support people.

Tell us what you think about community transport.
