Families can now bypass traditional menus and simply "ask" for what they need. From local playgroups to SEND support pathways, users can tell the assistant what they’re looking for and it will navigate them there. This tool is designed to reduce the "administrative burden" on parents and carers, getting them to the right information, faster.
