National Framework for children’s social care

National Framework for children’s social care

Every child deserves to grow up in a safe, stable and loving home. Realising this ambition depends on all organisations working together to support children, young people and families.

The government's National Framework describes the outcomes that children’s social care should achieve and the expectations of safeguarding leaders and practitioners.

Achieving for Children, alongside its partners such as health and police, are working to implement the national framework across its services for children and young people.
