Description of activity
We provide swimming lessons for children with disabilities across the UK.
From physical development to social and emotional confidence, swimming is a vehicle to change their lives for the better.
To make this happen and create long lasting impact, we know it can’t be done in isolation. Level Water unites and collaborates with teachers, families, fundraisers, pools, supporters, governing bodies – and children with disabilities.

Our 1:1 swimming sessions are for children from 4 to 11 years old with a physical disability, visual impairment or hearing impairment.
These specialist sessions are designed to give young people who can't currently swim or need more dedicated attention. The lessons are designed to build their water skills in a fun, safe and inclusive environment.

Description of eligibility or referral criteria and pathways (if applicable)
We work in partnership with local pools to provide one-to-one swimming lessons for children with disabilities. Our aim is to teach your child the basics of swimming and, if possible, get them successfully integrated into mainstream swimming lessons.
These lessons are available to children
aged 4-11
who cannot currently swim ten metres
with a mobility, visual or hearing impairment
Unfortunately, we do not currently support children with substantial learning, social or behavioural difficulties.
