Working Well Trust Kingston is a supported employment service that helps adults with autism/asperger's, learning disabilities and mental health conditions take steps towards employment.
We can help you look for training, volunteering and paid employment. We work together with you to help you achieve your goals. We provide tailored one to one support to help you take steps towards your employment goals.

Access training/volunteering
Contact employers on your behalf
Negotiate reasonable adjustments in the workplace
How to refer to our service:
If you have autism/asperger's you can self-refer to our service.
If you have a learning disability, the Community Learning Disability Team can refer you.
If you have a mental health condition, the Mental Health Social Care team can refer you.
