Richmond Good Neighbours has been providing help and support to the people of Richmond for over thirty years. Richmond Good Neighbours is a registered charity which was established to "provide services to the elderly, the disabled, the housebound and others living in the old civil parish of Richmond".

We are a voluntary organisation and are affiliated to the Richmond Council for Voluntary Services. We are based at ETNA, in East Twickenham. The office is manned every weekday between 9.00am – 12.00 noon. Please call to make an appointment.

We carry out over 3000 tasks a year whilst managing to keep our overheads to a minimum. We are supported by Richmond Parish Lands Charity and we raise additional funds at our tombola stall at the Richmond May Fair. Donations are also a very welcome source of income.

Our help may be needed when statutory services, friends or family are unable to offer assistance and includes but is not limited to:

Shopping
Visiting
Gardening
